Harold Alfred Mayne-Nicholls Secul (born July 27, 1961 in Antofagasta) is a Chilean journalist and former president of the National Professional Football Association (ANFP) and of the Chilean Football Federation (FFCh). He was replaced as president of the ANFP by Jorge Segovia in November 2010. He is also a FIFA official. !
